Frequently asked questions
How does the Obasan Deluxe Dunlop Latex Mattress fit with other latex or organic bedding?
The mattress uses 100% GOLS-certified organic latex and an organic cotton cover, pairing well with other natural bedding for a cohesive organic sleep setup.
What kind of comfort does this mattress offer for different sleep positions?
It combines a soft top layer, a customizable 3-zone Dunlop core, and a firmer or medium 4-inch base, designed to balance surface pressure and support across different sleeping positions.
Who is this mattress best suited for and who might not be ideal for?
It suits sleepers who want customizable firmness and zoned support, especially couples who may want different side preferences. Those who prefer non-latex materials or a non-customizable single-firmness setup may find it less aligned with their needs.
What materials is the mattress made of and how does that affect daily use?
It uses organic Dunlop latex cores, an organic cotton cover with wool, and a wool quilt, plus a hemp-like foundation. These materials promote breathability and temperature regulation, helping with comfortable sleep through varying seasons.
Are there customization options for each side of the mattress?
Yes, the design allows customization on each side, enabling different firmness preferences for couples.
What room or sleeping scenarios is this mattress best suited for?
Its breathable, temperature-regulating materials and layered construction make it well-suited for bedrooms where climate control is a consideration and where long-term support is desired.
